Application ReviewHR reviews received applications and resumes to identify candidates who meet the qualifications and requirements. Applicants are screened for their experience, skills, and alignment with the hotel's values.
Initial InterviewShortlisted candidates are contacted for an initial interview, either in person, over the phone, or through video conferencing. The interview focuses on the candidate's background, experience, and motivations for applying.
